I love Broccoli Rabe but some people do not like the bitterness of the vegetable. Here is an easy way to remove that bitterness!
Broccoli rabe is a bitter green. To temper that bitterness, try cooking it over high heat with olive oil so it browns in places. Add a little garlic at the end. Blanching it will not do anything for the bitterness.
