Spicy Cumen Skewered Kababs.

I love adding a little spice to my food; I'm always thinking of ingredients like red pepper flakes or cumen that will give my dishes some bite. So when a listener asked me to give a a recipe for kababs with a kick, I stayed true to my spicy roots. The creation? Spicy Cumen Skewered Kababs.

Original recipe given on Food Talk with Rocco on WOR Radio. Exact measurements and method was not given during the show so it is open to individual interpretation and method.

Cumen Curry
Lime Pickle
Beef
Skewers
Bean noddles (with egg whites)
Salt and pepper to taste

First, go to your spice section of your store. Pick a country you love and get their spice, this time I am thinking India: Cumen Curry and Lime Pickle are great choices. Mix it in with your beef and form it into a hotdog shape. Then split your skewer (so it forks and the beef won't split inside) and coat your beef with bean noddles (with egg whites) and just let it cook. If you feel so obliged make a Thai dipping sauce.
