Sirloin Tips with Potato Gorgonzola Mashed Potatoes

2 tablespoons corn oil*
1 1/2 pounds sirloin tips (4 - 6oz portions)
salt and pepper to taste*
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 24 oz package Fresh from the Start cubed golden potatoes
1 1/2 cups crumbled gorgonzola
1 cup frozen peas

Microwave the peas, covered, for 2 - 3 minutes, or until hot. Set aside. Begin to heat two large sauté pans. Add the cream to one of the pans and bring to a boil; add the potatoes to the cream and simmer until hot. Add the gorgonzola and mash the mixture roughly with a potato masher. Season with salt and pepper and stir in peas. Meanwhile, in the other pan, heat the oil; season the steaks well with salt and pepper. Add steaks to pan and cook about 2 1/2 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove steaks from pan and set aside. To plate, make a mound of potato mash in the center of each dish. Lay one portion of steak up against the pototoes.
