Red Meat Rub Rub
Makes enough for 4 raw portions of red meat
1/3 cup mustard
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon Red Meat Rub mix
3 tablespoons sour cream
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Use to rub onto raw meat before cooking.
