Quick Steak Pizza Man Style

3 tablespoons corn oil*
4 7oz portions beef round sandwich steaks
salt and pepper to taste*
10.5 oz Ready PacTri-color Pepper Dice
2/3 cup red wine
2/3 cup Swanson beef broth, or other beef broth of choice
2 ½ cups Victoria hot dog onions, or other hot dog onions of choice
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a very large sauté pan until smoking. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and place in pan. Cook steaks about 2 minutes on each side for rare. Remove from pan and set aside. Meanwhile, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in another large sauté pan. Add peppers to the pan and cook, stirring frequently for 1 minute. Add red wine and reduce for about 1 minute or until syrupy. Add the beef broth and the hot dog onions and simmer for 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary, and spoon on top of steaks. Serve.
