Italian Neighbor Flavor Marinade
Enough marinade for 4 portions of raw meat or poultry
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
4 tablespoons Italian Neighbor Flavor mix
1/2 cup olive oil
In a medium bowl whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Slowly, whisk in the olive oil. Use to marinate meat and poultry.
