Fish Fix Marinade
Enough for marinating 4 portions of uncooked fish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Fish Fix mix
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup olive oil
In a medium bowl, combine the first three ingredients. Slowly whisk in the oil. Use marinade for raw fish.
