Crazy Fast Stuffed Cabbage.
This was a caller who just wanted an easy "how to" on making stuffed cabbage. So, I took a breath and let it rip! This one is a great side and appetizer!

Cabbage leaves
Rice
Meat (your choice of Beef, Turkey, Chicken, Lamb, Pork)
Whole Tomatoes,
vinegar
Salt and pepper
First, take some cabbage leaves and blanch them. Next, fill the cabbage leaves with rice and your choice of meat and tomatoes making sure to put a little vinegar in the mixture. Cook them up and you're ready to go!
