Corn and Crab Chowder with Tarragon

2 16 oz containers Imagine Organic Creamy Sweet Corn Soup, or other corn soup of choice
salt and pepper to taste*
6 oz fresh crabmeat
extra virgin olive oil*
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Bring soup to a simmer in a medium saucepot; season with salt and pepper if necessary. In a small bowl, combine the crabmeat, tarragon and 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Divide crabmeat among four soup bowls and ladle hot soup on top of crabmeat. Sprinkle the bowls of soup with the chives and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil if desired. Serve.
