Blueberry Pomegranate Consomme with Whipped Creme Fraiche

6 oz creme fraiche
1 tsp. sugar*
pinch of salt
36 blackberries
1 1/2 cups Ciao Bella mango sorbet, or other mango sorbet of choice
1 cup Pom blueberry-pomegranate juice, or other blueberry pomegranate juice of choice
1/4 cup crushed Fruit Loops

Whip creme fraiche with sugar and salt until soft-medium peaks form - do not overwhip!!!! In the bottom of each of four soup bowls make three clusters of three blackberries each. Space the clusters equally apart so that they represent the points of a triangle. Place one large scoop of mango sorbet in the center of the plate. Pour 1/4 cup of juice into the bottom of each bowl. Place a small dollop or quenelle of creme fraiche on top of each cluster of blackberries. Sprinkle Fruit Loops evenly over the desserts and serve immediately.
