Beef Swiss Fondue with 3 Sauces

6 cups canola oil*
8 Stella D'Oro Sesame Breadsticks, or other bread sticks of choice
1 1/4 pounds boneless beef loin shell steaks
salt and pepper to taste*
1 cup Victoria's Hot Dog Onions, or other hot dog onions of choice
1 cup chow chow
1 cup Tostito's Salsa Con Queso, or other cheese with salsa of choice
In a fondue pot, heat oil to about 350 degrees. Meanwhile, pulse breadsticks in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs. Cut beef into 1 inch chunks, season with salt and pepper and dredge in sesame breadcrumbs. Arrange beef on a platter along with skewers. Heat the salsa con queso in the microwave and transfer to a small bowl. Meanwhile, transfer chow chow and hot dog relish to separate small bowls. To serve guests, invite them to skewer beef and dip into the hot oil for about 45 seconds for rare. They may choose from the three dipping sauces.
