Beef and Onion Flash Fry

1/2 gallon corn oil*
1 ¼ - 1 ½ pounds boneless ribeye steak( cut into 1 inch chunks), preferably Nature's Reserve
3 large vidalia onions, cut into 1/2 inch rings
2 cups flour*
4 eggs, beaten well
salt and pepper to taste*
1 1/4 cups Mikee Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, or other teriyaki sauce of choice
1/3 cup cilantro, rough chop

Preheat oil in a large pot until extremely hot, almost smoking. Make sure you separate the onion rings from each other so that they will cook evenly. Dredge beef and onions in flour and mix together with egg. Place beef and onions in oil carefully, being sure to separate any pieces that stick together. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from oil and drain well; season with salt and pepper. Place beef and onions in a large bowl and toss with sauce and cilantro. Serve hot.
