Beef and Broccoli Coleslaw Stir-Fry

1 ½ cups water*
2 cups instant rice
4 tablespoons canola oil*
1 1/2 pounds beef round cut into thin strips 1/2 inch wide
salt and pepper to taste*
1 12-oz package Mann's Sunny Shores Broccoli Coleslaw
1 ½ cups House of Tsang Classic Stir Fry Sauce
1/3 cup chopped basil
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil; season with salt. Add the rice to the water and stir completely. Cover the pot tightly with a lid and shut the heat off; allow the rice to absorb the water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a very large sauté pan until smoking hot. Add the broccoli coleslaw and stir-fry until broccoli is somewhat tender or about 2 minutes. Remove broccoli from the pan and season the beef lightly with salt and pepper. Add the beef to the pan and cook for about 1 minute or until steak has achieved some color and is rare. Add stir-fry sauce and broccoli coleslaw and toss to coat. Fluff the cooked rice. Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over a bed of the rice and sprinkle basil on top.
